Informal TA Vote

After reading the TA, what do you think about it overall?

repoman 08-31-2015 08:27 PM

Finally we get a chance to perform a job action and not get held hostage or fired. JUST VOTE NO and stop the "Lawyers gone Wild" contract madness.

So is FrontSeat going to ask "What airline?"

Malter1 08-31-2015 10:15 PM

Any way to keep this at the top so everyone easily sees it?

Previous votes on this site were misleading

My read on previous agreements up for discussion and vote: this site was vocally against the proposed negotiated deal......yet the deals closed with 68% support. There is a silent majority that it not influenced by this forum and its opinions.

Yes there is, and it is up to us to educate the silent "majority".

If you don't want this to pass, when you fly, or talk in the crew room, talk up the negatives, or we will all suffer under this miserable TA.

If you're 55 or older, there is a very good chance this TA if approved, will be the one under which you will retire. If you're 50 or older and planning on retiring at 60, the same applies to you. Think hard on how you vote on this TA.

And it looks like he may have already voted!

There is a lot about this TA I like, there is a lot about this TA I don't. I am going to wait and see what the MEC says. I do know on the one big issue retirement, their hands were tied by us.
