Yeah, that just screams "We're highly trained professionals who deserve to be recognized as such".

Also, that looks like magic marker not crayon. Being a Marine I know what crayon looks like ;)

Being a Marine, you also know the importance of professional appearance.
The staple option looks better. But probably the clearest statement to those who need to hear it is a different lanyard altogether. Single, dark color. No words. Enough said.

But you have to admit - that was one ugly colored lanyard!

I'm using black, too ... black electrical tape strategically wrapped around both sides of the lanyard to cover the "W" in "NOW". Mine now says "CONTRACT NO".

Great modification. I'll be working on mine. This TA sucks and we need to vote it down decisively. Years of contract extensions is enough. I'm not giving up work rules for another one.

Wait, anti lanyard thoughts? I thought it was pro lanyard.? Lanyards and billboards have always been a waste of our Union dues. Its collective unity that will get things done. Pass on this TA and lets get was is and should be just compensation for what we do.
