Let the IPA do the Work

Agreed bd12. I cannot imagine, as an FO, flying with a NURP. From the first meeting 'at the folder' and shaking hands, even for the most professional FO's, it must be tense and awkward, to say the least.
Wishing our brothers and sisters at Brown IPA (sounds like a winter microbrew) a kick-ass forthcoming TA.

The difference is that UPS never had a great deal but they have held onto what they had. At FedEx work rules, pay, pension, job security and protection were far better before the pilots voted for a union. The expectation that the big national union would provide security. I suspect you will see UPS being the better deal. Not because UPS became so good, but because the FedEx pilots gave it all away.

It is not necessarily what they get that is better than us. It is if they improve what they already have. And dont give anything up, like us.
Such as vacation and DH. We have had these way for a long time, they will never match us there.
