Agreed bd12. I cannot imagine, as an FO, flying with a NURP. From the first meeting 'at the folder' and shaking hands, even for the most professional FO's, it must be tense and awkward, to say the least.

Wishing our brothers and sisters at Brown IPA (sounds like a winter microbrew) a kick-ass forthcoming TA.

So... are you saying that the TA that UPS will get will be better than what we just signed? Not just pay rates, but work rules, scope, retirement, NURPS, deadheads, per diem, etc.?

Be honest - all those things listed were being attacked and eroding away before we ever had a union and there was nothing stopping the company from taking it all away without a union!

It is not necessarily what they get that is better than us. It is if they improve what they already have. And dont give anything up, like us.

Such as vacation and DH. We have had these way for a long time, they will never match us there.
