This came across the fiber optic airways. This individual has been working in the union in some capacity, pretty much his whole career. As you can see from the signature block he is currently Vice Chairman of R&I, Chairman of the Pilot Benefit Review Board. He was also a Block Representative and the Chairman of the Financial Review Committee.

When he was on the Financial Review Committee there was close to 8 million dollars in our union accounts. As of now, there is less than 1.6 million in our union accounts. Not sure if he had the ability to see what was really going on, but some questions need to be asked. How did it get past him and the entire MEC? What is the egregious misinformation?

Maybe he needs to take a break from the desk job and go fly the line. He could then have an understanding of his block’s interest.

I was going to ask you if you were actively working against the MEC’s decision to send this TA to the pilots….it is clear to me now that this question is mute.

Your latest comm is rife with egregious misinformation. Be assured that I will be doing all that I can to recall you at the next LEC meeting. You have certainly NOT been looking out for our Block’s best interests.

She is one of the few who see through the rhetoric. If true, I will actively work against BS. Wish we had more like her working for us.

What does the fact (if it's true), that our union has depleted funds, perhaps from....negotiating, have anything to do with this? Is this just a random, disjointed personal smear, or does this have some relevance?

I was told by a block rep that the union wanted the 6 year deal so they could have time to replenish their funds dedicated to negotiating a contract.

This should be a fairly simple question and answer for the union.

Question: How much did the union spend negotiating this contract?

It's our money, we should be able to know how, when, and where it was spent.

How much does it cost to rent a billboard?
