IMO, the percentages of votes in favor/against the TA are not directly representative of the unity we would have had the TA been rejected. I believe the unity would be much greater than "57%" worth, just as it was before the vote. Obviously moot now, but we just did not have enough opportunities to demonstrate our unity.

Gotta agree with Rock on this. Hindsight being what it is, it was a tactical error to send the TA to the membership. That way we would have preserved the unity we had and empowered the new NC to demand a better deal. Lesson learned, I hope...

The company dragged their feet for two years, we shoulda dragged our feet for another 2 months

Some say timing is everything

Ours was terrible
