What's the number, 1/4 of all pilots can or will retire in the next 5 years? I think that explains a six year TA and bribes to announce 1 year out.

Exactly. This TA solved the company's manning issue, while WE expended negotiating capital doing so.

If they were actually done per the contract, we would all have received them. Draft calls are one of a "thousand points of light" where the contract is routinely violated and goes unenforced.

Not a "901"? No draft call. It's all spelled out in black and white though.
