FDX - Trouble logging into PFC

anyone having trouble logging into PFC? message not recognizing my username and/or password. called 877 number to reset password and it didn't work. tried 3 times. Was able to reset my e-grid.

Same here, got the "locked out" message, haven't tried the phone reset yet.

So if you're locked out, what number do you call. On PFC it has the number to reset the password. Not sure if that's the same as being locked out.

ok, after 4 telephone resets, I finally was able to get back in. Cyber attacks?

Seems to be working normally again. Waited about 15 minutes after the "reset" password was twice rejected, tried again, and it worked.

I had trouble logging on us using FX Cal. I closed the program and reopened and it worked fine.
