The amount of crap some people post without having a clue is unbelievable!
There is some sort of agreement between the Union and Management for a 2 year contract extension. For this, there are "suppose" to be pay raises, along with a scheduling mod/pay fix. Also some sort of pay for (supposedly Legacy) United Furloughees and a fix to allow ULH Flying that is probably associated with the upcoming 777-300er's, A350's and 787-10's. Reserve was also suppose to be talked about and "fixed".
The RUMOR is of a 16% raise on year one, 3% (or 2%.. depending on who you listen too) for year 2 and 3 [which raises an eyebrow, as there should be 4 raises?!
Again, nothing is officially known, let alone sent out for a vote?!

It sounds like maybe you're a United pilot?
Now you can tell your MEC that (UPS pilot) Commando has the details and he'll be glad to share them with union leadership (or just about anybody else who will listen to him)!
It won't help the UPS pilots the pay raise they deserve but it might make Commando feel important!*?
Maybe we could all contribute and get Commando a Flight Simulator game. He could be someone REALLY important there!!!

Sounds like a "bridge" contract. Fred is such an innovator.
Hopefully UAL will do MUCH better than we did.....3% pay raise for a CGN base. Hard to get better when you have no leverage, which seems to be the case around here lately.
