Training conflict with R-days

Training conflict with R-days
I've looked at the implementation schedule and it appears to indicate TBD. uhh, yeah - must be a programming issue.
Does anyone have any first hand experience with this in December? Is it still working the old way where R-days have to be on either side of training or has the new method been implemented?

You know what TBD means, right? It means, "immediately" if it benefits the company and, "when we get around to it" if it benefits the pilot.
Since I'm not sure who the R day training conflict change benefits (probably the pilot), I wouldn't count on it being effective for awhile.

Adler,
I called Enforcement this AM with the same question and they did not know where training has to be to knock out a reserve line yet (Old or new contract). They said they would look into it and get back to me. When I receive an answer I will post it. Hopefully that answer comes before Friday.

Thanks.
On another note - does anyone know why it's taking so long to get the new contract link on PFC and the ALPA web site? The 2011 CBA is still the only thing available (other than the TA with red line through language and blue/green changes). All the parties were able to agree (well, 57% of us anyway) and it's a done deal - but we can't get the final product out for several months?

Please do let us know ASAP. I have training and vaca in Feb and planning on bidding reserve to conflict both to knock it all out. Thanks.

I called and asked a pay question to Enforcement in October. I actually forgot about it, since it ended up being paid like I thought it would. Enforcement emailed me yesterday, two months after I asked the question, and told me I would be paid like I thought I would. Tomorrow I'm going to ask them "what day is it today". Imagine how confused they will be when they try to answer that question in Feb. I hope I don't cause someone to stroke out, trying to think about it.

I have a long block of Rdays in December. My training touched the first two days and ONLY those days were dropped via conflict. Looks like we're still under the old contract rules for this one until the TBD fairy visits. Not sure how it'll work in Jan. Tbd.

I asked when they could no longer involuntarily convert your reserve line.
The answer is, whenever they get the new "PBS for VTO lineholders" software completed and implemented.
In other words, about a year from now.
