Anyone have trouble filling out the pilot rec form for Fedex? When I submit it says I am not eligible for a primary recommendation but I dont see anywhere on the form where it asks is this your primary rec.

Wrong Email address for candidate. Fixed.

That's not a problem. "Primary Recommendation" means "Sponsor." That message pops up if (1) you're already sponsoring someone, or (2) the person you're writing the letter for has a sponsor already.

Just hit submit and the recommendation will go through.
