November and December New Hires - I'm considering starting a new crashpad this month, probably an apartment and probably in North MS. PM me if you're interested. Since it's new, there might be a 6 or 12 month commitment but we can play it by ear. You'll probably be on reserve the first year anyway. Let me know what you would like to see, single or shared rooms, obviously WiFi, Cable or Hulu, gym on site?, golf course, etc.

I know this is off-topic for guys looking for a crashpad in MEM, but if any of you guard or reserve gents ever know of anyone going to Little Rock AFB for C-130 training, I have a crash pad business set up there for TDY Pilots or Loadmasters. I can also work with students on PCS orders to a certain extent. Please pass the word, I pay $50 for a referral that I put in a house. 15 Referrals and I host/guide a trophy deer hunt on a private Mississippi River island.

There are several kitchen apartments within 20 minutes driving from the training center that are available some of them not in a good area but most are quite acceptable. When I first came here I brought my RV and there are several RV parks that are clean, neat, and safe. I used it for 3 months until I found a house to buy.
If you are into renting there are some fairly reasonable houses in Mississippi 12 miles from the training center.

Crash Pad
My daughters roommate just moved out. She has an open room. Looking for two female roommates. Quite Germantown house. Fully furnished. My daughter and her other roommate are full time teachers. Previous roommate paid 700 plus split utilities three ways. She's okay with two females, 300 apiece including utilities. Large room w/two closets. Room is empty but we will buy beds.
