Crash pads or room for rent??
Hey guys. I was recently was hired by Fedex as a professional instructor and I'm in the process of looking for a crash pad/room for rent. I start class on April 15 and will be coming out there on April 12. I plan on buying a house in the near future, but for the mean time I'll need a place to stay.
If anyone has crash pad phone numbers or ideas i'd really appreciate it.

Really...what do you care? I had a dispatcher and a commuting mechanic in mine. The benefit was that the fridge was usually full of beer and fresh food instead of moldy vegetables and crystalized condiments in the door.

The strippers who lived in our crash pad appreciated the extra company. Sounds like your crashpad sucks.

Owning a crash pad is a big plus for a lot of people. You know who your renters are and you aren't going to have your place trashed. And, you are going to have a property mostly paid for by renting it out. I doubt too many guys are going to complain if a guy stays in the pad as long as he wants.
