Hard token/BidX

Does anyone know if bidx will be updated to use the new authentication?

It already has for the Mac version

BidX Pro and BidX Mobile are both token ready. You are good to go.

Excellent. Thanks.

I get an exception of nil objects error when I try to use my Windows Bidx Pro since I went to soft token.

Windows Bidx Pro works for me with the soft token.

It wasn't working for me either by "logging into VIPS". Then I tried by checking open time, and the soft token request popped up and worked fine. But I have a Mac...

I havent moved to the token setup yet, but I am looking in Bidx preferences to see where I use the token instead of the egrid. I cant find any selection to use the token system. What am I missing?

I am using Win10 with the latest Bidx 2.3.5

Neither BidX Mobile and Pro have any settings that need to be modified... they just both work. For Pro, the latest version just released is required for Hard Token use (Soft Token has worked for a couple months). Mobile is already soft/hard token ready.

Send me an email ([email protected]) and we'll figure it out.
