The title of this thread is misleading. Only four fedex pilots are suing.

As much as some of the no-voters are sore about losing to the 57% majority, it was a democratic process. The TA passed, it's time to move on. These 4 guys are taking time, energy, resources, and focus away from OUR union. Not only that, they aren't looking at improving the CBA, just looking for a big cash payout for themselves alone. What a joke.
This is the "Me and a couple of other guys are suing me and all the rest of the guys because we suck at selecting a union leadership that will give me and the rest of the guys everything me and a couple of other guys want from a company that does everything it can to give me and the rest of the guys nothing" lawsuit. The lawyer says we have an EXCELLENT case...
With that said, I'm going back to the bar. Refills are in order. |
I wonder if the four are wearing cool " Their math was wrong" lanyards?
I'm going to spend the rest of my career telling fellow ALPA pilots, "It wasn't me..."
And all the while, it's the lawyers who are the ones that are gonna get paid!
