I think the guy writing the statement is probably the same one that came up with CBA2015's implementation schedule.

Pretty sure majority of the plaintiffs were NO voters on the TA.

Does anyone know the settlement of the case? I think there was a four year non disclosure, which means it’s available now. I would be interested to know how much our coworkers walked away with.

First off one hell of a bump! Second they settled out of court and all but 1 of the named plaintiffs are retired.

We were all invited to participate in the lawsuit right? It crossed my mind for a second, but I just couldn't wrap my head around the idea of suing my own union. So, no. Even though the 2015 MEC/NC did deserve every bit of that lawsuit for basically lying to us through slide shows. Let's see how the rest of these roadshows go, there's still time to sink to new lows.
