Self Storage recommendations in MEM?
 

Getting ready to head out on an FDA adventure in a couple of months and need to consolidate everything (not going to CGN) into a self storage place in MEM. Suggestions? Both, horror stories or recommendations are welcome to help in the decision process. Thx...

Have had stuff in Germantown Storage near Lowes (off Germantown Road north of Wolf River) for 5+ years, climate controlled, easy access, made a deal paid up front a year at a time got a discount. (reimbursed by company for full year not a problem, saves having to pay and submit every 90 days) Stop in once or twice a year to check stuff, it's still there, not too dusty, no complaints.

Do it in Mississippi, stay as far away from Memphis as you can:

Climate controlled is the key word. Otherwise just call your insurance company when you get back to the states. Mini-warehouses are a climatic nightmare.

I can second the Germantown Storage rec. Two 10 x 20 climate control units for just under the yearly stipend. Easy access and it seems pretty secure.
