OOOhhhhh, Irony!
Nitefrater,

We are arguing the case based on the merits, read the Complaint. We cannot release other evidence outside of what's in the complaint until discovery is finished.

We are not going to sit idle and let you or other individuals attempt to undermine this as a lawsuit "against them".

There's no "sell" here, but at least you do admit the TA was "sold" to the pilot group?

He didn't say it was a "sell job." He said your lawsuit alleged a "sell job," which is exactly how I take your "sell job on this lawsuit.

There is no "sell job" of this lawsuit. ALPA admitted the majority of the evidence in the Complaint was their statements and messages in ALPA's answer to the complaint.

There also is more evidence which has not be released.

This is the third time you've tried to put words into my mouth. The fact that I reference something you said (in this case the allegations of your lawsuit), does not mean that I said it, or agree with it. If you can't understand the difference, you're going to be a disaster in the witness chair.

Nitefater, do think the TA was "sold" to us by the NC? I state this as a question. There is a question mark in my previous post.

There is more evidence that is not in the Complaint which ALPA is now receiving through discovery.

Not a very good or grammatically correct one.

I'll answer the question. Yes I do.

Since FedEx ALPA depleted their funds and national required an inspection of the books in order to get access to the war chest, yes, I think the direction from the new leadership was "get us a TA and sell it."

Do I have any proof that's what happened? No. But that's what I suspect happened as it makes sense to me.
