shipping discount for OAL
 

Does anyone know if there is a waiting period from date of hire before you can use the FEDEX shipping discount for non-FEDEX pilots

Several years ago when I had just started at a new airline, I was told at a FEDEX office that I had to wait 6 months from DOH to use the discount. That was in Vegas, so don't know if that is still the case or was a local office policy because some people are telling me you can use it on day 1.
