Fight deck Pro deleted off I Pad
 

If you haven't looked at your I pad or been on the Fedex pilot website, look to see if Flight deck pro is still there. Cought this notice on the home page of the Fedex pilot website. Not sure if it affects all but it has me. If your working today, get on it ASAP, the download is long and tedious.

No explanation from the company as to how or why this has happened.

I read the FCIF and checked my iPad and sure enough Jepp pro was gone. Took a while to reload it. Then had to close the app and reopen it to select WX on and a few other items I use in the app.

I opened my iPad, Jepp FD-Pro was just fine.

And then <poof> it disappeared.

Reloaded, now most of the Settings options are not available. Can't show position on Taxi diagrams, can't access VFR map mode.

Did you try those settings in the Settings app for the ipad?

Settings
Left side scroll down to JeppFDPro and select
Options show up on right

Tony, shutdown and restart will restore all the extra settings.

Yepp, that's what I was talking about. It only gave me the option to adjust Location access, Notifications, and Cellular Data. All the other settings were missing.

I had tried closing the FD-Pro app and re-opening, and that didn't help. Powering the iPad down and restarting did the trick. Thanks!

I think I'm back to normal now. That's exactly how any flight navigation application should work -- reliable and predictable.

Turned on my iPad last night for my flight. JeppFDpro was there and then deleted. I have used my ipad since the FCIF came out. I guess it's still an issue.
