Wet lease locations?

So, is anyone else curious as to why the wet lease locations are sweeeet? This doesn't seem right! :mad: I'd love to have a monthly award with those trips! Our own crews scoop up those flights during the regular season!

Was there any union input (or resistance) to giving up these desirable locations to wet leasing?

"Desirable" locations is pretty subjective. If the company took say, SEA or PDX for peak, or any other domestic city, that means guys who live there wouldn't be home for the holiday weekends or layovers.

But I'm with you, I'd rather see DTW, LRD, or MCI go to wetlease on the 757 vs BOG and PTY.
