Sfo-oak gt

Having recently done this route a couple times, I'll add my two cents.
The ride should take a hour. Use the coliseum stop in OAK, you have to connect to a (new) train shuttle and it adds 6 bucks to your ride and, unless the pax terminals are your destination, just adds cost and time to getting to or from Fedex. You change trains in SFO after 4 (?) stops, easy connection from the same platform. Don't zone out after getting on or you'll wind up on an unintended tour! Figure 20 mins either end if you just miss a train. I have seen the Fedex shuttle at the BART station but since I was going to the company hotel, I didn't use or talk to the driver. The shuttle is a clearly marked with Fedex logo, can't miss it. It waits to the left of the curb as you exit the station. BTW, if you r going to the company hotels near the airport, the pickup will be way down to the right after exiting to the street. Hotel will not pick you up near the bus stops just outside the door. Go to the right!!
Cost for the ride is just under $10 each way. Last trains are around midnight. Don't hang around street level at the OAK station after dark, call your Uber or the hotel before exiting the station and minimize time outside ,.. just say'n.
Lastly bring ear plugs, you'll understand why after your first ride.

At the coliseum stop-get off and walk over to the train to the airport. It's included in your ticket. The airport train stop is about 50 yards to the hotel pickup spot.
Easy & cheap, but more time consuming than uber.
