Default Thinking of working for Flexjet

If you are thinking of working for Flexjet you should watch this video of Kenn Ricci the Chairman of the board talking to a group of pilots.

They question him on topics such as, Why weren’t promised bonuses paid? Why was their 401k match cut? and Why should they trust his employment agreement?

Watch the smirk on his face when he is told that the pilots worked hard and expected that bonus.

The pilot Frank asking the questions is the one who organized the whole union decertification campaign.

It is hard to believe there are pilots who trust KR and don’t want a binding union contract.

I don't think anyone should consider working here without a binding contract.

Frank Woelke doesn't thing you should work here without a contract either...or at least his first Roundtable with Kenn would seem to suggest...

So so so so so so Glad to be gone from there but just can’t believe what POS Wallace and Gillihan became. And for that matter the whole Options training department that made their backroom deals to jump into aircraft that their seniority wouldn’t even come close to holding. Used to have respect for those guys. Duke has always been scum. I wish the best for you guys but really hope this is the wake up call that people needed to get the hell out. I know people thought I was crazy with my seniority when I left but I saw the writing on the wall with this decert garbage. The home basing was the only thing that kept me there and I get it but for the love of god don’t let that keep you working for Ricci.

I don't know anyone who doesn't have their résumés out. We are all trying to leave.

FYI - SWA, Spirit and JB appear to be big fans of fractional pilots... Plenty of Netjets pilots hired by each.
