This is aimed at the Flex pilots.

Flex pilots: You have a choice to make. Join the fraternity of all major pilots and continue to have a union on your side, or trust your and, your family's future on the empty promises of a known serial liar.

It's your call, but remember this, if you make the wrong choice you may not get what you want, but you WILL get what you deserve.

Flight bag is 100% correct!

A company only gets a union they deserve, this company got theirs back in 2006 because they kept taking and abusing their pilots!

If the pilots choose to give it back, then they will get the company they deserve!

Remember the pilots who come before you probably didn’t get it wrong, they had purpose!

Many of us will not get what we deserve if the Union is gone. We will get shafted by the bad choice of the decerters. Granted, most of us won't be here very long without a Union...

Unfortunately, the poor choice of a decert, will leave many of us exposed to the abuse from CGF. They claim they are going to treat us like family. Last time the vote was tallied in Washington, the company already had the termination notices filled out. I don't like their distorted vision of family!!

This whole labor management relationship here at FLOPS/Flex over all these years has been like a truly ugly high profile divorce and the pilots, the kids, are waiting to see who gets custody!
