Flexjet Direct Hire Into Global/Gulfstream?
Friend at XOjet just told me he got a postcard for a job at Flex. He called for info. They said he will be hired direct into the Global, G450 or G500 as Captain. Starting pay $140k and a $10k signing bonus after six months service and another $10k signing bonus after one year service. This is our future without a contract. Put a stop to this nonsense.

I bet they never told him your days off are not hard.
If they need you, they will have you go in.
Why do you think all the other Flexjet pilots are staying away and why some who went to the Gulfstream came back to the Challenger for more money and less work.

Well, to add to that point street CA’s in the Global will make less than most Challenger CA’s and likely well under industry average Global pay while taking slots that should go in seniority. That’s if seniority actually meant anything in 2N’s convoluted world.

Anyone that is senior enough to actually hold that seat is also smart enough to stay away. Your QOL is eroded for just a few shekels. Did you know not all of the planes we are taking deliver of are "new"? Just new paint and interior.

I worked there. All the Globals are used as is at least one 450, and I think a few 300’s they scrounged up from South America are too.

Someone post a pic of the postcard.....if no proof, it’s not true.
I was a brand partner on the Phenom, Legacy and Global for Flex/FLOPS for many years. I remember the email that went out to calm the apocalypse after we were seen wearing Flex uniforms flying Flex Globals during initial IOE checkout.
Makes me think of the second coming that would ensue if they hired street captains into the G’s
A hire into the “heavy” metal was a no-go. It is likely a bait and switch for attracting new hires. I know there are plenty of qualified people on the list who would put in for the bigger metal.
A big issue has been a massive game of musical chairs in some of the heavier metal, cause they can make more money flying the Challenger or other lighter metal.
A Global captain should be getting around 175ish base salary pending the type of op he or she is doing.
As for fleet age, 90FX is a very early serial number. I know the gent who flew it when it was new back in late 90’s into the early 00’s.
The “new” Globals are coming via GE.
Just my .02 cents.

What? Post the pic and then you will whine like the little beoch that you are and get someone banned? I'm not falling for that trick again. I posted something in all openness and somebody had their feeling hurt. Grow up or crawl back into your little hole.

You guys are on a full out campaign during this vote and I get it.
But if you make a claim like this....you either have proof or you don’t and are just stirring the pot.
