Are they really boosting pay from around $100K to $128K, or is that just marketing? But is does say "starting compensation" . . . . HMMMMMMMM?

It says "pay and benefits" and "starting total compensation," so maybe they are counting the value of benefits in there?

You have to make ALL the available bonus pay to make over $100K. Meaning working 220 days a year, no airplanes break and leave you sitting for days and using less fuel for they not so great flight planning here.

Starting pay is pretty low for 12 hour duty days flying 6-10 hours.

They also told us last year when I interviewed that they were planning on 400 pilots for 2022.

Pay is day rate starting at $513 for a new hire. 195 days x 513=$100,035. Bonuses get you north of that. Benefits are outstanding.

Is that what NetJets contributes to their 401K?

Woooo boy there’s a bunch of salt and not a lot of factual info in this post. You’ve managed to complain about both a) not flying enough and b) flying too much in a span of two sentences. I bet you’re a joy to fly with with that attitude.

Not that I know of. I think it is a 6% match of gross earnings. Could use improvement to keep competitive if thats correct.
Health benefits are very good and very inexpensive. And we all know Netjets health benefits are no cost to the employee.
