Flexjet red label flying
Anybody have any insight to that part of FlexJet. I figured the benefits would be the same, but I can’t find anything on pay. It seems like they make their own schedule within the plane. Anybody on a red label that could give me some information I would really appreciate it.

You interview for red label after you’re already hired. You share a jet with the guys and the schedule is bid between the few of you. Pays a whole new level as well. They told me in the interview you can progress by getting your name out there. Interact with everyone you can and you’ll get selected for it. Shockingly, the guys who fly stateside make more than the guys who go int’l.
This is what I learned from the interview at least.

On APC go to Flexjet’s page and the pay differences are there. Challenger 350 is domestic Red Label and the 300 is normal PIC pay. Three pilots share the jet and you make your own schedules with the other PIC’s and SIC’s get slotted in to fly with the Red PIC’s. It’s a good deal but if one PIC gets sick it’s the responsibility of the other two to cover for him.

Also, Domestic Red label is the most senior program in the company, even more so than international large cabin, as stated above because the DRL guys make more $. I fly the legacy and all the guys on it seem to enjoy it, but again the most junior guy I’ve met on it has been here 14 years.
