I heard back the very next day, with no internal recs (AirlineApps - only). They offered the in-person after that screening.

I have a second interview scheduled. How long are people having to wait before hearing back after the in person interview?

When I applied, I applied directly to the company, not through Airline Apps. The HR rep called me approximately 24-48 hours later with a phone screen. I was then invited to Dallas for in person panel interview and sim event. The next morning HR called and offered the position. Best of luck!

Competitive Minimums

Well, the title of my post says it all. What are the actual competitive minimums here? They advertise 1500 but what will I need to get an interview as a regional FO.

There were people at my interview event that just hit 1500 TT that week. So they are looking at people with ATP mins. I think 3 or 4 out of the 8 were Regional Airline guys.
