How long to hear back?

I heard back within 48 hours I believe. I did the phone screening on Friday and got the “sorry, but we won’t be bringing you in for a face-to-face interview” email yesterday. I thought that was rather odd since yesterday was a weekend day and Easter on top of all that. No skeletons in my closet and I’m experienced in the 91/135 world. Not too sure what went wrong tbh.

With the new pay rates being what they are and people now looking at Flexjet as a good employer I think the amount of applications has sky rocketed. I know of some people that booked interviews about two weeks ago and the soonest they could get one was mid June and word from recruiting is that time is increasing due to sheer volume. Don’t get your hopes up just have patience. In your time waiting it would be wise for anyone to network and find a Flexjet pilot and talk with them and see about getting a referral put in. Flexjet highly values referrals. They trust the pilots on property to bring in good talent. Good luck to all hopeful to see you on the seniority list soon!
