I asked one of the recruiters at the DFW event last week and she said they had no preference on how I applied.

Applied at their site and heard back in a day..

Still haven’t heard back yet with unrestricted ATP and 1 internal recommendation. Been about 4 days so far but I’ve heard they’re getting a ton of applications.

I know from the hiring event held in DFW last week there were approximately 70 pilots there and about 1/3 of them were extended offers. Still on pace to hire 425+ this year. HR is busy; get internal recs and make sure you're connected to a recruiter via LinkedIn and they are aware of your existence and desire to join. Best of luck!
