I've got an interview with CW for a Lear 75 SIC position coming up next week. Got some good intel on them from a friend but looking for any extra insight into the interview, advice for training, experiences, etc. Thanks!

Oops, not sure I meant to post here but CW is a sister company of Flexjet, all owned by Directional. Apparently training is done by Flexjet and they wear Flexjet uniforms.

We had some CW guys in our 135 indoc. Aside from that, no idea how it is over there.
