How’s Training? IOE?
 

Hi everyone, have found a bunch of great information about Flex online but not so much on the training and IOE stuff. I know there are a lot of backgrounds brought into Flexjet. How is training? Still mostly simcom? Any flight safety programs? How is IOE? Is it thorough enough to figure out the rest “on the line” and feel comfortable initially ? Especially for non jet folks? Thanks, just looking for more details!

Beats me on the questions you asked but we had a Phenom 300 study/review guide put out by FlexJet, or one of their pilots(?), and it was very good. Had some of their SOP's, etc. Good product. If they have that for each aircraft that would be very nice.
