FlexJet hiring info

Now that FlexJet is posting openings for F/O's on different websites, does anyone at FlexJet know if they are getting slammed with appps and or resumes? From what I have read, seems like a cool place to work! Does anyone know how many folks they looking to hire?

Not what I was hoping for, but thanks for taking the time to reply.

I think it's safe to assume any open positions with most known companies will get slammed with applications.......all you can do is apply and hope for the best...

thousands of commuter airline pilots desperate to get out, hundreds of corporate pilots looking for a "set schedule", my guess is they're getting "slammed" with applications

If the rumors of furloughed NetJets guys going to GoJets are true, I think its safe to say there is plenty of supply when it comes to fractional pilots. Especially since Avantair closed its doors.

Still almost 100 furloughed pilots who get preferential interviews. Not sure how far down the list they will get before they fill the 20 open spots. Their conference call said they were expecting a 75 percent return rate. Only time will tell.

75%? I think they are being optimistic. From the people I have talked to, there are 0 for 4.

Disrespected

I think that they may feel a little disrespected..... Re-interview for your old job? Seriously?

This is amazing and sad. :(
I don't think that I have ever heard of such a thing.
Is this common in others parts of the airline business?

What is the company's rational for this?
To see if the person has changed over the last few years of furlough?:(
