Nice that pilots are dual rated - makes sense. I am sure jumping back into the older 40s after flying the new Garmin in the 75 is interesting. A lot less capability! Is the idea to ultimately replace the 40s and 45s with the 70 and 75?

How quickly things change.

Saying good bye to Flex also means, even if you give notice(more than 2 weeks), you will be immediately terminated. A friend of mine was mid-rotation, and gave his notice that he would be leaving. They gave him airlines home, but his KCM was cancelled by the time he got to the terminal.

That’s most operators for you. It’s a sad world that some companies still live in.

For those that don't know, Flexjet is the storefront for OneSky. OneSky is the old Flight Options management. They have taken the the same management style and just tried to hide under a different name. So, if Onesky owns Flexjet and Flight Options, why did they make the Options pilots take a leave of absence to bid to a plane they put on the FlexJet side of the seniority list? There are Phenom 300 SIC's with a hire date of 2001 that have not been given the opportunity to upgrade yet while they have Gulfstream PIC's with a 2015 hire date.

So Should I stay at a regional then ?
