Default Everett Area Flight Instructor/School?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good flight instructor and/or mom and pop shop at Paine or Arlington?

For background: I have 0 hours and I'd like to become a professional pilot. My priority right now is going from PPL to Comm/CFI.

I'm also paying for this out of pocket and can devote ~$2,000/mo. Will it take me forever training with this budget?

I see a few options - Northway, Regal and Chinook out of Paine. I've heard good things about all three on the forums.

I'm guessing Part 61 would be the cheapest option, because I've heard you're locked into the curriculum of 141 and can't advance ahead of schedule if you're doing well?

Thanks for the input!
