Schools for job interview
#2
If you're talking about the United States...
1. It's not really necessary at the regional level. Get the gouge off the internet, and any regional interview should go fine.
2. For major airlines...
General aviation flight school staff are generally clueless, or at best have very outdated knowledge, about major airline interviews and employment. Most of them have never worked at a major airline.
Interview prep is advisable for majors, but flight school is not the time or place to do it (focus on learning to fly and passing checkrides). You should do it when you achieve the minimum requirements to apply to the majors airline(s) in question. This is important because both the airlines and you will change over time, so you want your preparation based on current information.
There are several professional interview prep companies, such as Emerald Coast, which provide great value for the cost. Look them up when you are ready to apply.

As Rick stated, interview prep isn't really all that necessary for a regional airline interview. All they are going to be looking for is competent CPL ME and IR skills. They're expecting most of their new hires to have never flown anything bigger/faster than a Seminole.
