Default American Flyers - Instrument/Commercial

I have been searching the forum and have found many threads on American Flyers CFI programs, but nothing much on their other programs.

I am looking to take my Instrument, Commercial and Multi at American Flyers and was looking for any information from any former students. Just the usual information, how were the instructors/aircraft etc. How easy was it to schedule lessons and would you recommend going here?

I would most likely be looking at Houston or possibly Dallas.

Thanks!

I struggled to locate many opinions on the programs, however after talking with American Flyers I decided against going there and will be going to GATTS instead.

Default Flyers Grad

I'm a Flyers grad and work for a major carrier. They're the best. Their education is solid, you don't build time with other students, you build time with instructors. instructors that know their stuff. They've got a solid reputation and the proof is in their product. I know because I've trained there and I've flown with their graduates. I've also flown with those that went to other flight schools. There is a big difference.

Go check them out, you won't be disappointed. Tell them Pirringer from the FXE days sent you.
