Highly rated CFI schools

Am finishing my Commercial in about two weeks and would like to start on CFI all the way to MEI, soon. Unfortunately, the school am in doesn't start their cfi classes till March. Which schools (anywhere in the country) are highly rated for the cfi program? (from your experience or might have heard of) Preferably ones that are very thorough and without accelerated programs.

Does anyone have a review for CFI CARE in Houston with Gary Kruger?
He advertises a class for CFII first and the CFI-ASEL after that.
Has anyone on the forum done this before?

Falcon CFI Academy has a training program that takes 28 days (not including check ride). Housing is included, very thorough, and inclusive. They have spots still open for January and February class dates. Falcon CFI Academy - Falcon Aviation Academy
