Default Upcoming Flt Trng Assistance for Veterans

https://www.transportation.gov/brief.../forces-flyers

Veterans and fellow aviators,

Along with all of the talk and discussion regarding the pilot shortage, there may be some assistance for qualified members who have served in the military in the future. Just passing on the word, please share with folks who are struggling to pay. I just racked up a huge cost associated with my flight training in order to get to JetBlue, and it would have been a Godsend to have a way to help build hours/ratings for me. Pass the word!

Forces to Flyers completed the RFP process and is now evaluating bidders. Check their website with the Volpe Center (part of DOT).

Yep! We were inundated with calls/emails today at US Aviation but we'll get back with those who are interested with applications procedures very soon.
