First take a language course, preferably for a couple of months.
Flight instruction is hard enough and you can’t expect your instructor to teach you English also.
The Europeans ( EASA) and the Americans ( FAA) have a different licensing system.
So after you get all your licenses and ratings in the USA you need to convert them to the European system.
Theoretical ( 14 exams) and practical ( training + flight exams) which will add to your final cost.
It can still be cheaper then doing all your training in Europe, mainly because of fuel prices and taxes.
FAA + EASA conversion consider $80k-$100k.
Be very careful with your selection of a school in the USA as there are different flight training requirements and it would be a shame if you had to go through additional unnecessary training in Europe because your hours have been logged incorrectly.
