Default Government supported training in Sweden

Hello,

I'm an European citizen and will be moving to Sweden to work.

While making a hopeful search on the internet, I ended up finding out about a program in which the swedish government would give/loan money to support flight training in a list of approved flight schools.
To apply, as far as I know, one needs to be a swedish citizen OR go to Sweden for other reason than to study (which will be my case).

Is there any swedish user willing to guide me through this? Anyone ever tried this?

I know its something to do with the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education, but my swedish (as well as my burocracy-ish) is not good enough to understand the conditions:
Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education (Myndigheten för yrkeshögskolan) - Government.se
https://www.notisum.se/rnp/sls/lag/20000655.htm

Thanks!

Min svensk är lite rostig men...

The only approved school is https://www.bfsaa.se/en, you'd be best to contact them directly. The entry exams etc are not easy.
