Does this flight school intend to to work with you until you have all 1,500 hours needed for an airline job? I am interested in this school because the fleet of aircraft is all new Diamond planes and the guaranteed of a flow into Republic

I was talking with someone who has already been over for the interview and apparently there is a 5 year commitment to Republic upon reaching ATP mins. With the fast changing regional Industry that has me a little concerned, although realistically I probably wouldn’t have made it to the majors in that timeframe anyway.
