Downtown Aviation in Memphis

Has anybody ever used Downtown Aviation for training? Any info? Also, CTI in Millington?

I know a few guys that instructed at CTI. They seemed to like it. Try AirVenture out in Olive Branch. (OLV)

I did my MEI there a couple of years ago.
I had a great experience.
