Instruction Aid for CFI

Two things:
1. What were tools or resources you used when you were training for your CFI initial that gave you a better understanding of how to teach material? Did you read any particular books that weren't the basics like the Aviation Instructor's Handbook or PHAK?

2. I've taken the time to compile the question and answer list for the CFI initial written test into a 1000+ paged PDF with each question and its respective correct answer. I'm willing to share it with anyone who is also working on their CFI written. I've also done the same thing with the FOI question/answer bank. It's like a poor man's Sheppard Air.
