Default Building 400hrs asap in San Antonio

You provide the IFR certified plane, I'll provide pro-rata share of costs OR I can give instruction too (CFI/CFII).
I'm ready to fly 6+ hours every day.
I'm betting someone out there is working on their commercial and would like to reduce the costs!

Word of caution:
Be careful how you log this.
You’ll actually have to log what you’ve taught not just ‘dual given’.
Are you also ready to be the responsible party being the higher rated pilot?
That’s how insurance companies will look at it if you end up in a ditch.
Make sure you carry CFI-insurance.

* question, you’ve got your CFI/CFII and can’t find a paying job to get you 400hrs in 3-4 months?
Or did you recently get fired?
Just asking as I’m assuming you’ve got 1100-ish TT

** Coming to think of it you’ll be taking work for legit instructors that need to get paid for their time and efforts.

Not really, just a question.
There is jurisprudence as far as FAA cases against ‘time building’ instructors.
Case I recall was two MEI’s that dinged a twin and on comparison of their logbooks it was discovered they were giving each other ‘instruction’.
Both had their certificates revoked.

I assure you my logbook is 100% legit and logged to the letter of the law and I don't intend to change that.

I'm actually employed right now (yes ~1100hrs), but the summer rush died down (125hrs/mo). ~60hrs a month just isn't cutting it so I'm making up the difference. I'm a part 61 contractor and the pay is on the high side of the scale for this area which affords me the opportunity to pay out of pocket for some extra flight time.
I also instruct a few people who have their own planes on the side, and yes I do have my own CFI non-owned policy.

I'm actually amused that you jumped straight to
1) "or did you get fired".
Sometimes people just have a larger desire to get to the next step rather than hanging out and getting there 'whenever'.
2) "you're taking work from legit instructors"
Part 61 Instructor contractor and freelance instructor trying to drum up business... That's about as legit as it gets.

Man you need to lighten up and back off the pessimism.

No, he doesn't. His points are correct, and legitimate. All of them.

@Clax,

I won’t claim I’ve seen it all because I haven’t.
But I’ve seen a lot.
CFI’s flying 134 1/2
Airport bums dressed like pilots flying right seat in an airplane they’re not rated for and for a company they don’t work for.
I’ve turned down myself more shady offers then I care to remember.
I’ve also seen many, many timebuilding scams even openly advertised in SW Florida.
If you’ve seen what I’ve seen you’d be cynical too.
It wasn’t anything personal.

Really?!

134 1/2 is almost 135
So you’re flying on demand charter without a Part 135 Operating Certificate.

Wow I didn't even know people did that.
Would recommend using 134.5 next time
