Paragon Flight and Florida Flyers..schools

Checking out these two schools for a CFI job. Does anyone have any knowledge of either?

FMY is a nice airport under a Class C shelf but plenty of space nearby.
Airport itself is not in the bestest neighborhood.
Either one provide you with students?
You a full time employee (W2) or some contractor construction ( 1099)?
How much flying? They have a sim you can instruct on? Groundschool facilities that are more then a closet?
They provide you with the ground materials? PowerPoint and such?
Or are you teaching ground in the parking lot out of the PHAK?
Mix of Private and Instrument students?
What multi and how many?
Time to upgrade to MEI?
Then make a decision.
Never heard anything bad about Paragon and don’t know the other one.
Paragon has been there a while.
Other places come and go, name change after an accident is not unusual.
It’s Florida.

If Punta Gorda is in your range, let me know and I'll get your resume on the bosses desk. Pretty good program, I will have 8 students (6 of which are multi students) in a couple of weeks and we aren't getting less busy.
