What do you mean by "best"?

You could probably find somewhere to do training in a citation, if you wanted to.

Anything from a Baron to a Boeing fits your current requirements.

What's important to you? Cost? Performance? Location? I imagine you'll have to find a happy medium between those to answer your question.

Im asking for a friend. He needs some more multi time and a regional is paying for it. Has his rating just needs a couple of hours. I am thinking something like a cessna 310. Something nicer than a baron or seminole.

I would think a new seminole would be nicer than a 310.

A Baron is nicer than either of the other planes you mentioned....
