CFI or Multi Addon
Hello,
I just passed my commercial checkride two days ago and want to move right along. I have about 4 months until my wife and I are going to move and at that point I will look for a job instructing. I am looking for advice if I should just go for my multi addon to my commercial first or dive into CFI and CFII?
My ultimate goal is the airlines. Being that I have somewhat of a time crunch I am trying to figure out what makes the most sense.

Few will consider giving you a job in a multi-engine airplane right now. As a CFI, however, you have a marketable qualification. As noted above, you can do the multi later.
A commercial pilot certificate is a license to work. So is the CFI.
A multi isn't hard to add, but you'll have far more opportunities at this stage in single engine airplanes, than multi, and more instructing than doing most other kinds of flying, largely owing to low hours and inexperience. You'll certainly want to add the multi, but you can do that once you're working as a pilot, and you'll find work in singles faster and more frequently than multi engine aircraft at this point in your career.
