Salt Lake City area flight schools

Anyone have any good info on flight schools around the Salt Lake City area. I will have my CFI in the next couple weeks and are looking to possibly move to Arizona or Utah over the summer to finish building my time.

I too am looking at flight schools and noticed my flight instructor (instrument rating) from 7 years ago is with Aerotech Aviation at South Valley Regional Airport (U42). That put the school on top of my list as very reputable place to fly. They have decent aircraft rates and I like the "flight sharing" list of pilots looking to build flight time on their website.

The FAA changed the requirements to the huge number of 1500 hours and so they created this wave of instructors haveing to instruct to build the hours needed for the next step.
