Can someone explain what incentives they’re offering? The way I read it is that they’re saying you can get a job while in school and your final semester start flying... Anyone can get a job at Ravn while still finishing their degree. What’s the benefit?

Want to get paid to learn to fly...Join the military. That's how I did it.

Getting a military pilot slot presupposes that one can.

Most can't.

It's more akin to winning the lottery.

tomgoodman, in reflection, it really is quite amazing. I earned that slot at nineteen years old, 37 years ago this month. Thrilled would have been an understatement. And I thought I knew what it would mean. Oh, to be young and naive. What a ride!

Good luck finding enough applicants that can pass a drug test.
