Looking for CRJ200 training center
 

Hi everyone. I looking for CRJ200 training center. I need initial training course. And found only Fly Safety with enormous price about 40000. Who knows any other training center. And FAA approved of course

In the US, I think CAE may also operate a few sim centers for regional airlines. They may be able to provide the type as well.

If you really can't afford the type, you could also just take a job with any of several regional airlines...

Buying your own type rating is always going to be an expensive proposition.

Why? There’s NO requirement to buy your own type rating, especially in a CRJ-200.

Not in the US.

I fly in local russian airlines using FAA license and to be advanced on CRJ200 I have to pay self to course and only FAA approved. I don’t have Russian license. Own airlines doesn’t want to pay for expensive training course in US.
Almost every aircraft training course cost approximately 13k - 15k but CRJ200 40k.

Is there a Russian phrase for your airline that means “go pound sand”?
